Conditions carefully. Your purchase from us acknowledges your agreement to have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions including the privacy

policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice.

Our Products

We try our best that all our products in our store are correctly described.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors,  inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the website should be taken to indicate that all information on the website has been modified or updated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not claim that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available or offered on our web site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Handmade Products

All our handmade rugs are an original work of art, unique to each artisan. We understand that you, as a lover of handmade rugs, buy from us because you love the creativity and the uniqueness of each handmade product we sell. At the same time we wish to help you understand that, since each product is handmade and so, the details may not be as clean as machine crafted.

You may notice some inconsistencies in design as well. Such tonal irregularities, slight size, color and design variations, and placement of designs are inherent to the process, and enhance the individuality of each item, and give it character. Handmade products have a unique identity that requires being appreciated as part of the style.

Therefore, please do not think of irregularities as defects. There could be a slight variance in product color from the posted photos due to ambient lighting.

Product Display

Please note regardless of our best efforts to accurately color match designs,

there may be a slight variation in color due to photographic conditions and the resolution of the computer screen.

Order

After you have placed the order and we have processed your payment we will send you to order confirmation email. Order confirmation represents that we have received your order, which we accept, and once a product is dispatched we will send you tracking details.

In the rare event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. The refunds will be processed to you using the methods received for online purchases.

Privacy

Personal details provided to us will not be released, sold and disclosed to any individual and entities outside of Veeraa International.

In addition to the information collected by us, we may collect non-personal information through cookies or web beacons (or other technologies). These third parties may use such information (i) to help tailor site content to users; (ii) to serve ads on our behalf; (iii) to measure advertising effectiveness (such as which web pages are visited or what products are purchased); and/or (iv) to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Third-party cookies and web beacons are governed by each third party’s own privacy policy, not Veeraa International Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our newsletters to be notified you are giving us permission to send you new product offers, promotions and product back in stock information.

Prices, Payments & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods, including by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal.

We Reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without any prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Please note delivery drivers are unable to call before delivery. Please make sure someone is there to take the delivery or you can choose Authority to leave your delivery in a safe place.
• Authority to Leave – If you choose Authority to leave. Please mention where to leave your parcel. If nothing is specified in that case deliver driver will leave the item at the front door.
• Delivery Failure: It is very important to provide correct address and phone numbers.

If the delivery address provided to us is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on the applicable cost to you if you provide wrong delivery address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to make a delivery. If our courier, have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault,

after 30 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.

Returns

We offer the change of mind within 14 days of date item received.

If you are not happy with your purchase for some reason then we will provide an exchange or store credit but you are still liable for shipping charges. You must pay the cost of shipping and all return freight before an exchange will be accepted.

Goods will be accepted for return only if they are returned within 14 days of delivery received “as new” condition. Item must be in unused, and ready-to-sale condition, with packaging and labeling.

We endeavor to meet our specified delivery time frame; however, delays may occur due to certain circumstances beyond our control. If you have an ordered a

product that has run out of stock or is discontinued, we will update you within

24 hours and if you have been charged we will gladly arrange a full refund or offer an exchange.

If the order is delayed, we’ll inform you of the estimated time required to fulfill your order and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

Faults and Warranty

Veeraa warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed. Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives that is faulty or a defective or has been damaged during the manufacturing process, please take pictures or video clearly showing the fault and contact us as soon as possible, within 2 business days of receiving your product.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a

product to be due to wear and tear, misuse, and failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Veeraa is not liable for any delay in performing

any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused

by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Veeraa, and Veeraa shall be

entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the information, text, materials, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips provided by Veeraa remains the property of Veeraa International Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
